At PENUELCapital, we are committed to providing high-quality business coaching, fractional CFO services, and online courses. However, we understand that circumstances may change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Coaching & CFO Services

Refunds for coaching and CFO services are subject to a waiting period, allowing clients to reconsider their purchase.

• Fractional CFO Services
  • Clients may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the time payment was submitted and processed.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to hello@penuelcapital.com with a clear reason for the request.
  • No refunds will be granted after the 7-day waiting period.
• SBA Loans Coaching & Business Line of Credit Coaching
  • Clients may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to hello@penuelcapital.com with a clear reason for the request.
  • No refunds will be granted after the 7-day waiting period.
• Profit Acceleration Coaching
  • Clients may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to hello@penuelcapital.com with a clear reason for the request.
  • No refunds will be granted after the 7-day waiting period.
• Micro-Funding Coaching
  • Clients may request a refund within 3 calendar days of purchase.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to hello@penuelcapital.com with a clear reason for the request.
  • No refunds will be granted after the 3-day waiting period.
• Business Fundamentals Coaching
  • Clients may request a refund within 3 calendar days of purchase.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to hello@penuelcapital.com with a clear reason for the request.
  • No refunds will be granted after the 3-day waiting period.

2. Online Courses

We strive to provide the best course content in our niche. To maintain fairness, our refund policy for courses is as follows:

• A refund may be requested if the client has accessed less than 20% of the course content.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.
• All refund requests must be sent via email to hello@penuelcapital.com with a detailed reason.
• If more than 12 hours have passed or if 20% or more of the course content has been accessed, no refund will be granted.

3. Consultation Appointments

• All consultation appointments booked through our WooCommerce shop are non-refundable.
• If rescheduling is necessary, we may accommodate based on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

4. Memberships & Subscriptions

• If you subscribe to a membership or subscription plan through Jetpack-powered features, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund within 7 days of purchase if no significant use of the service has occurred.
• If significant use has occurred, no refund will be granted.
• Cancellation requests must be sent via email to hello@penuelcapital.com before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal charges.

5. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be sent via email to hello@penuelcapital.com and must include:

• The full name and email used for the purchase.
• A clear reason for the refund request.
• The date of purchase.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will be processed within 7-10 business days upon approval. Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method.

6. Changes to This Policy

PENUELCapital reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
