7a. Order and Refund Data Retention

We retain order information, including customer data, based on the type of service purchased:

• Courses: If a refund is requested within 12 hours and less than 20% of the content has been accessed, customer data is retained as long as necessary to process the request. If the refund is granted, basic transaction details are kept for compliance and accounting, while access to the course is revoked. If no refund is granted, user data and access are retained indefinitely to honor lifetime access.

• Consultations: Consultation bookings are non-refundable. Related customer data is retained for scheduling, communication, and service history purposes.

• Coaching Services (Micro-Funding & Business Fundamentals): Refund requests are accepted within 3 calendar days. Data associated with these transactions may be retained up to 30 days after the refund window closes.

• Coaching Services (Fractional CFO, SBA Loans, Business Line of Credit): Refund requests are accepted within 7 calendar days. Data may be retained up to 30 days after the refund window closes.
